I think causes it very impressively. All at the gesture is frightening, threateningly. And the dynamic pose makes anxiety that the judge comes and kills in the dungeon the delinquent.
The hair-style and the Kostum emphasize the severe character of the woman.

Your shadows, especially on her body, are a little bland, and her skin-tone could use a little brightening up, especially in the area of her belly and her hands. The muscles of her stomach are also a little muddy. You might need to do a little more work with that area of the human body.
You have no clear light source with your shading, but you have two sources already established: Her torch and the doorway behind her. The light needs to clearly come from either the torch or the door, but is too indistinct to have come from either. You need to work on this.
And why is she carrying a poolside tiki torch? It's an unusual prop in this setting (most would use the stick-wrapped-with-rags approch) and it looks a little humorous, since most of us see these things either beside our pools or on "Survivor". It's a good thing to step outside of cliches, but also a little risky. It doesn't fit into this context.
Good job, with just a few misteps along the way. Work on your shading and anatomy, and re-think the tiki-torch. Even if you wind up sticking with it, put a little more thought into why it's there.
Keep it up! I look forward to seeing more.
